Cyprian on the incarnation

He enters into a virgin.  Through the Holy Spirit, He is clothed with flesh.  God is mingled with man.
Cyprian, bishop of Carthage, North Africa, died c. 258. Quoted from David W. Bercot, ed., A Dictionary of Early Christian Beliefs (Peabody, Mass.: Hendrickson, 1998), 356.
