A new electronic edition of one of the oldest and most complete NT manuscripts, Codex Sinaiticus, is underway.  Details of the project are here.  You can view the first results here, which include several OT and apocryphal books.  A very nice job, utilizing Microsoft’s Silverlight add-on, with very good magnification of the manuscript.  (HT: Jim West)
